Validity of Bid Security: 105 Days Bidding documents can be inspected free of charge upon visiting North Central Provincial Department of Agriculture, from 01.11.2021 to 22.11.2021 during working days of the week, between 8.30 a.m. and 4.15 p.m. and further details can be obtained from T.P No- 025-2222189. Respective bidding documents can be obtained upon payment of non refundable bidding fees as mentioned in the table above, paid in cash to the Finance Assistant of Provincial Agriculture Department, from 01.11.2021 to 22.11.2021 during working days of the week, between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. Obtained bidding documents, placed in separate envelopes as the Original and Duplicate, sealed, then enclosing both envelopes in one single envelope, marking the relevant purchase on the top left corner of the envelope, should either be deposited in the tender box kept at the Provincial Agriculture Director-s Office or sent under registered cover, addressed to “Provincial Agriculture Director / Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Provincial Agriculture Department, North Central Province, Anuradhapura.” before 3.00 p.m. on 23.11.2021. Late bids will be rejected. The bidder or one of his representatives can be present at the occasion. As mentioned above, a bid security should be submitted with the bid which is obtained in favor of Provincial Director of Agriculture, North Central Province, valid until the prescribed dates, obtained from a reputed commercial bank registered in the Central Bank of Sri Lanka.
