• Tenders are invited for All Chemicals Required for the Medical Section, Face Masks, Other Accessories including Ekel Brooms Non-Refundable Regisration Fees Rs. Cts.: 1500/-. Forms Containing Instructions and the Application for Registration as Suppliers could be Obtained during Working Days of the Week Free of Charge between 9.00 a.m. And 3.00 p.m. From the Accounts Division. Separate Applications should be Submitted Separately each of the Category of Items Mentioned in the Schedule above when Submitting Applications and the Relevant Amount for each of the Applications should be Paid in Cash to the Municipality in Legal Sri Lankan Currency and the Receipt Obtained or a Money Order Obtained in Favour of the “Municipal Commissioner, Municipal Council, Bandarawela” along with a Copy should be Attached to the Application and Submitted.
