• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Annual Fire Insurance Coverage, Plate Glass Cover and Public Liability Insurance for IDA Leisure Projects for the Year 2024/2025 The sealed Bid should be delivered to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage 1, Battaramulla by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Procurement Unit, 7th Floor, UDA on or before 11.00 a.m. on 05,h July 2024. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. All bidders submitting bids are advised to refer the Annexurc before submitting the bids. The selected bidder should be able to commence the service from the date mentioned in the Letter of Acceptance and continue the service on annual basis accordingly. Bids shall be valid up to 22nd August 2024. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid - Security of Rupees Thirty Seven Thousand Five Hundred only (Rs. 37,500.00). Bid Security shall be valid until 19lh September 2024 and should be addressed to Chairman, Urban Development Authority as given format.
