• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Annual Insurance Coverage for Set hsiripaya Stage I Premises at Battaramulla The sealed Bid should be delivered to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee (Minor), Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 07th Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage I, Battaramulla by registered post or deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Procurement Unit, 07th Floor, UDA on or before 11.00 a.m. on 22nd November 2023. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. All bidders submitting bids are advised to refer the Annexures before submitting the bids. The selected bidder should be able to commence the serv ice from the date mentioned in the Letter of Acceptance and continue the sendee on annual basis accordingly. Bids shall be valid up to 25th January' 2024. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid - Security of Rupees Thirty' Thousand only (Rs. 30,000.00). Bid Security shall be valid until 22nd February' 2024 and should be addressed to Chairman, Urban Development Authority' as given format.
