• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Anuradhapura Integrated Urban Development Project - Package 05 A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Project Director, Strategic Cities Development Programme, Ministry of Urban Development and Housing, 4"' Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage 1, Battaramulla from 07"' September 2021 until 28th September 2021 from.0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of 35,000.00 LKR. The method of payment is given below. Account Name : Strategic Cities Development Project - Anuradhapura Account Number : 7040466 Bank & Branch : BOC, Battaramulla. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below on or before 30"' September 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 4,300,000.00 as per the given format. The Bid Security shall be valid up to 24"' March 2022. Non-Refundable Bid fee per set of Bidding Document: LKR.35,000.00 The scope of the Work consists of; • Development & Landscaping of Kumbichchankulam Tank area and 'Pola' Road - Road development, road side paving and seating with tree planting along the 'Pola' road and Landscaping Work including hollow-block paved walkways, parking areas, mini public gathering area, drinking water points, seating, tree planting and outdoor lighting system proposed, done under Kubichchankulam tank area development. • Improvements to Kadapanaha Tank (Vanniyankulama) Feeder Canal - Improvement works including Secondary Canals • Construction of Ruwanweliseya Vehicle Park Landscaping Work including gravel roads and hollow block paved parking areas, construction of Ticket Counter, Police Post, Flower Shop, 02 Nos. sweet shops and Development of pedestrian entry to Ruwanweliseya with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works and necessary services.
