• Expression of Interest are invited for Appointment of Consulting Firm for Preparing Corporate Plan Consists with Business Plan. Human Resource Plan over the Amalgamation of Colombo Commercial Fertilizers Ltd.(Ccfl) and Ceylon Fertilizers Ltd.(Cfcl) Purpose and Objectives of the Consultancy Colombo Commercial Fertilizers Ltd and Ceylon Fertilizers Ltd are State Owned Enterprises (SOEs), engaged in identical businesses, it was proposed to amalgamate these two entities into a single company via Cabinet decision No. 21/0118/323/005 dated 01st February 2021 and 22/0706/514/001 dated 07th June 2022. The decision was taken to optimize synergies, increase efficiencies in the utilization of assets, reduce operational costs, increase market share and maximize the potencies of human resources in order to transfer the overall benefits of the amalgamation to the agricultural sector. Therefore, to ensure that the business operations of the entity are optimized, the management teams of both the CCFL and CFCL jointly decided to obtain the services of a consultative firm, to create the following mix of strategic instruments. 1.
