Description:
The Bank of Ceylon is seeking a suitable building on a long lease for the relocation of the Mahawewa Branch. The building must be legally constructed, not older than 10 years, with a floor area of 3,500 - 4,000 sq. ft. (minimum 2,000 sq. ft. on the ground floor if storied). It should have a minimum road frontage of 30 feet, easy access, adequate parking, 3 phase 60 AMP electricity, pipe water, telephone connection, separate toilet facilities, emergency exit, and other infrastructure. The building should also include a 10'x10' generator room, a 1000 litres water tank, security grills, and an access way for the disabled.
