• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Suitable Building on Rental Basis The proposed building should conform to the following specifications: • Building should be legally constructed and new • Total floor area should be 3,500 to 4,000 sq.ft. if it is a two-storied building, the ground floor should be 2,000 sq.ft., and remaining space should be available on the upper floor with a connecting stairway. • Minimum main road frontage should be 30 feet and it should be within town limits. • A floor area of 100 sq.ft. should be available for the generator room. • Spacious, dedicated and suitable parking area able to accommodate at least 5 vehicles. • Should have telephone (Sri Lanka Telecom) connectivity. • Should have 3-phase electricity with ample lights and fans, according to the office requirement. • Water tank should be available at a higher location with a minimum capacity of 1,000 litres. • At least 2 washrooms should be available in the building separately for male and female. • Floors should be tiled and roof should be sheltered with a ceiling ■ The rear door and windows should have heavy duty iron grills or grills should be provided. • Building owner should bo agreeable to a minimum 15 year lease agreement with Bank of Ceylon. • Building owner should be agreeable to changes/improvements proposed by the bonk after inspection. • Building ower should have the legal right to enter into an agreement with the bank. ■ Water should not seep into the building and it is the responsibility of the buildinq owner to remedy the shortcomings if any. ■ The Bank of Ceylon reserves the right to change the mentioned conditions in any circumstance.
