Call for External Collaborator - Quantitative data and research expert to Support Returnee Survey and Routine Data Collection on Social Protection of Sri Lanka Migrant Workers in GCC (STREAM South Asia) Dear Bidder,The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an ExternalCollaborator.Below is a summary of the work to be performed:The ILO STREAM Programme seeks an External Collaborator (Excoll) to provide technical expertise onquantitative data collection related to migrant workers- access to social protection in Sri Lanka. TheExcoll will support the design, digitisation, piloting, and implementation of a Returnee Survey targetingSri Lankan migrant workers returning from GCC countries, in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Bureauof Foreign Employment (SLBFE). The role includes developing survey tools and methodologies,supporting enumerator training and data quality processes, and assisting with data preparation andsummary outputs. The consultant will also provide recommendations to support theinstitutionalisation of the survey as a routine data collection exercise beyond the pilot phase.If you are interested, please express interest and follow the instructions attached to consult thedetailed terms of reference and other relevant information in the ILO e-sourcing platform.Please submit your proposal before the specified deadline.Thank you.
