• Tenders are invited for Carpetting of the Soorivagama Road (0 + 000 - 0 + 650) (0 + 750 - 2 + 000) Tender Fee: 4000/-. Non Refundable Bid Security: 68000/- A bid security obtained from a commercial bank valid up to the date mentioned in the table above from the date of bid opening or the relevant amount should be credited to the A/C No. 0001472049 at the Bank of Ceylon in favour of the General Manager and the deposit slip received should be handed over to the Accounts Division of the Provincial Road Development Authority and the receipt NC 100 thus obtained should be submitted on behalf of this procurement. Duly completed bids prepared in two copies as original and duplicate should be inserted in two separate envelopes along with certified copies of all relevant documents and these should thereafter be enclosed in a single envelope marked precisely with the name and number of the relevant project on the top left-hand corner of this envelope and sent by registered post to the address below to receive before 2.00 p.m. on 28.09.2021 or may be hand delivered to the Tender Box kept at this address. A pre bid meeting regarding this procurement will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 21.09.2021 at the Head Office of Provincial Road Development Authority located at H.B. Semasingha Mawatha, Anuradhapura. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of accepting bids at the address below and the bidder or a representative could be present on this occasion.
