• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Carry out Independent Valuation for Properties at Kolonnawa Oil Installation, Muthurajawela Oil Terminal, Offshore Oil Facilities and Island Wide 11 Bulk Depots Scope of Work Carry out independent valuation and comprehensive, acceptable final report for properties at Kolonnawa Oil Installation, Muthurajawela Oil Terminal, Offshore Oil Facilities and island wide 11 Bulk Depots at Ceylon Petroleum Storage Terminals limited. This includes Storage Tanks, Vehicle Fleet (Bowsers & Light Vehicles), Pipelines, Muthurajawela SPBM, Pumps & Gantries, Plant & Machineries, ERP System (On site & DRMC) and Data Servers. Expressions of interest should include the following information: (a) description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions indicating the name of client, nature of assignment, location, contract value; (b) status of the firm including the names of the owners and names and qualifications of the key staff (c) any suggestions to associate with another firm or individual (d) any other relevant information
