• Description:
• Quotation are invited for Obtaining of the Cleaning Service in the Surveyor General's Office (for One Year). Bid Security (Rs.): 100,000 A complete set of Bidding Documents can be obtained upon an application and a payment of non-refundable fee of two thousand rupees (Rs.2,000.00) from the Senior Superintendent of Surveys (Procurement and Supplies) in Surveyor General-s Office until 2.30 p.m. during office hours on 10.06.2022. Indicating the name of the item on the top left corner of the envelop enclosing the duly completed bid forms (Must have two copies), sealed envelopes should be sent to reach to the address of Senior Superintendent of Surveys (Procurement and Supplies), Survey Department, No. 150, Kirula Road, Narahenpita, Colombo 05 before at 11.00 a.m. on 13.06.2022. Late applications will be rejected. Bids will be opened at Procurement and Supplies branch in Survey Department at 11.05 a.m. on 13.06.2022 and those who submitted bids or their authorized representatives are allowed to be present at the opening of bids. All bids must be accompanied by bid securities mentioned in the schedule above.
