• Tenders are invited for Commercial Property on Lease for Litro Gas Lanka Ltd & Litro Gas Terminal Lanka (Pvt) Ltd to utilize as the Head office Requirements: • Building space approx. 30,000 Sq. Feet excluding Car Park. • Within a commercial feasible area in Colombo 02 - 06 or around Battharamulla • The premises should have a minimum of 25 parking slots. • All floors should be completely tiled / Carpet Finish • Space for generator installation (10' x 10') and salvage storage from ground floor level (10' x 10') • Wall and soffit/ Ceiling should have a painted finish. • Basic electrical wiring with distribution panel - provisions to install air conditioners • Direct water supply with separate water meter.
