• Tenders are invited for Completion of Balance Work of Proposed Branch & Regional Head Office Building for People-s Bank The Project Consists of Construction, Completion, Commissioning, Testing, Handing over and Maintaining of the Branch & Regional Head Office Building for People-S Bank. The Proposed Building Comprises of Basement, Ground Floor, Level 1 to Level 5 and Roof Terrace. The Office Building is Fully Air Conditioned and Equipped with 1 Nr Passener Elevator and 1 Nr Observation Lift. Total Floor Area of Building is 5094 M,. The Site is Situated at Clock Tower Road, Jaffna. Bidder should Note this is a Green Building Project and should Meet the Requirements as Per Document No. Gb-Pb-1d 01. The Structure of the above Branch & Regional Head Office Building has been Completed up to the 5th Floor Level. The Bidder is Required to Rectify Defects in Concrete Structure and Other Works Done, Completing the Balance Structure, Builders Work, Finishes and All Electro Mechanical Works. The Construction Period is 450 Calendar Days. Interested bidders may obtain further information from Chief Manager (Engineering Services), Engineering Services Department, 6th Floor, People-s Bank Head Office Building, No. 75, Sir Chittampalam A. Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo 02. (Tel: 011- 2473206, Fax: 011-2341591) and inspect the bidding documents during normal working hours from 09.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. from 18th August 2021 until 7th September 2021. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English Language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Chief Manager (Engineering Services), at the above address from 18th August 2021 until 7th September 2021 from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees Fifty Thousand (Rs. 50,000.00) only. The method of payment will be by cash. Sealed bids in duplicate shall be marked “Completion of Proposed Branch & Regional Head Office Building for People-s Bank at Clock Tower Road, Jaffna” on top left-hand corner and deposited in the Tender Box available at the Office of the Chief iManager (Engineering Services), Engineering Services Department, 6th Floor, People-s Bank Head Office Building, No. 75, Sir Chittampalam A.
