Completion of Skills Development Centre and Extension of Office Building for Tourism Bureau, Northern Province at Kaithady Non Refundable Fee: 5000/-. . Bid Security: 240000/-. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the address given below in 6 and inspect the bidding documents at the same place on any working days from 09:00 hrs to 15:00 hrs. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to the Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Local Government, NP, A9 Road, Kaithady (T.P: 021- 205771, Fax : 021-2057120) from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs during the period from 09.06.2023 to 30.06.2023 upon payment of non-refundable fees as mentioned in the table. The method of payment will be by cash. Bids (Original & Duplicate) shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Ministry Procurement Committee, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Local Government, NP, A9 Road, Kaithady at or before 10.30 a.m. on 04.07.2023. Bid number must be written on the left-hand upper corner of the envelope. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders' representatives who choose to attend. Pre-Bid Conference will be held at Conference Hall, Secretary, Ministry of Finance, Planning and Local Government, NP, A9 Road, Kaithdy commencing at 2.30 p.m. on 19.06.2023.
