Bid Documents could be obtained from the Supplies Division of this office upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2000.00 or the documents could be downloaded through dmmc.lk When obtaining documents through downloading a receipt obtained for payment of the fees in cash to the Dehiwala-Mt.
