• Tenders are invited for Construction and building renovation works related to the establishment of a One-Stop Crisis Centre (OSCC) within the MoH Clinic, Kirula Road, Colombo 05. Construction and building renovation works related to the establishment of a One-Stop Crisis Centre (OSCC) within the MoH Clinic, Kirula Road, Colombo 05. The Scope of Work for the contractor includes minor civil construction works including the construction of washrooms, building renovation works, roof repair works, flooring works, plumbing and electrical works/ repairs, door and window works, painting etc., in order to renovate the existing facility to a OSCC. Bids are requested from contractors who have experience in carrying out projects worth LKR 20 - 35 Million range, with CIDA Grading C7 or above, or extensive experience in Property Refurbishments.
