• Tenders are invited for Construction and Repairing of Highways, Bridges, Culverts, etc. (for the Items. 01 & 02 Mentioned above, Registration with Clda or Provincial Council is Mandatory and Copies of Relevant Valid Registration Certificates should be Attached to the Application. . Sell-prepared applications as per the Specimen given below or obtained from the Accounts Division of the District Secretariat or may be downloaded from www.hambantota.dist.gov.lk website and the application should be duly perfected and sent to the District Secretary, District Secretariat, 1st Floor, Magam-Ruhunupura Administrative Complex, Siribopura, Hambantota by registered post or handed over to Supplies Officer of the Accounts Division to reach before 07.01.2022. "Registration of Goods and Sendees Suppliers for Year 2022" should be clearly written on the top left-hand corner of the envelope enclosing the application. Applicants should pay the non-refundable application fee of Rs. 500/*= for each item applied for. A Money Order drawn in favour of the District Secretary, Hambantota (Paying Office - Hambantota) or alternatively this fee could also be paid to the Shroff of the District Secretariat by cash and receipt should be submitted with the application. Registration fee will not be refunded. Name of each item expected to be applied for registration can be mentioned at Item No. 05 of the application in the order of the Serial Numbers and the payment for the total number of items can be made by a single Money Order or by cash in a single receipt.
