Description:
Construction of Internal Wastewater Collection Network & Pumping System for the Textile Manufacturing Zone (ETMZ) at Punnaikuda, Eravurpattu, Batticaloa. The estimated cost of this work is Rs. 750 million approximately (including SSCL) plus VAT. The contract period is 21 months, with 18 months for construction, testing, and commissioning, and 3 months for trial operation and maintenance. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. Qualification requirements include experience as a contractor for successfully completed at least one project of construction of 1000 cum/day capacity sewerage or water intake pump house including mechanical & electrical installations and 0.5 km long 250 mm nominal diameter gravity sewer pipe laying work for wastewater collection system over the last 10 years.
