• Tenders are invited for Construction of Materials Recovery Facility (Mrf) Building Bid Security: 60000/- A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language could be inspected and purchased upon submission of a written request to the Executive Director, SEVANATHA Urban Resource Centre from 10.00 Hrs. to 15.30 Hrs. from 17**1 December 2021 up to 24th December 2021 (working days) upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00. 2. Sealed Bids shall be delivered to the address given below on or before 31st December 2021 at 10.30 hrs. and Bids will be opened soon after closing time, in the presence of Bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. 4. Bids shall be valid for a period of 90 days from the date of closing the bids. 5. All bids must be accompanied by a cash bid security (cash bond or bank guarantee) of Rs. 60,000.00. Bidders can obtain this cash security upon making payment to the Senior Accountant, SEVANATHA URC. The bonds of all unsuccessful bidders will be released soon after awarding the tender to the successful bidder.
