• Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed Main Access Security Check Point at Colombo International Airport, Ratmalana A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the Head of Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain Management Division - Airport & Aviation Services (SL) (Pvt) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake, from 07.02.2022 until 08.03.2022 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rupees 8,500/ = in cash. A free copy of the Bid document is available for reference in the above address. All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security (on demand bid bond) in the amount of Rupees Four Hundred Thousand (Rs. 400,000.00) in cash or an on demand bid bond issued by the institutions listed in clause 16.2 of section 05 - Bidding Data & Contract Data of this document or in cash. Bid Security shall be valid up to 150 days from the closing date of Bids. All Bidders and their designated representatives are invited to attend the Pre-Bid meeting on 17th February 2022 at 10.00 am at the Conference Room of Chief Airport Manager-s Office, Terminal Building, Colombo International Airport, Ratmalana. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate either by registered post or hand delivered to the address, Chairman, Procurement Committee No. 01, Supply Chain Management Division, Airport & Aviation Services (SL) (Pvt) Ltd., Bandaranaike International Airport, Katunayake at or before 14.00 hrs. on 09th March 2022. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the Bidders or their authorized representatives.
