• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed New Storeroom (9 Ft X 9 Ft) (a.) The internal size of 9 ft x 9 ft. (b.) The floor with the 3” base concrete and cement rendering/coloured cement floating. (c.) The wall with 9” brick with plastering. (Clarify with JMO) (d.) The roof with class I timber frame and a 0.47mm thick Zn/aluminium sheet. (e.) The door and window with superclass timber (teak), and the window with a diamond-shaped aluminium mesh grill. (f.) Suspended ceiling with 2×2 PVC ceiling board and Aluminium grid system. (g.) External and internal painting with a primer coat. (h.) Provision of 02 nos of 18W lamps and a 13A socket point. 2. Repairing of existing mortuary: Bathroom (existing storeroom): 1. Remove and close the existing window (for 4'x4' size) with a 9” thick brick wall and fixing the aluminium fanlight (4ft x2ft) with a casement glass panel and fixed louvres panel. 2. Remove and re-fixing the existing timber door with a new union lock and brass fitting accessories on the left side opening. 3. Apply two coats of waterproofing paint on the wall of the shower area (4ftx 4ft) and laying 1-x2′ size wall tiles up to 7ft height. 4. Demolish the existing floor and place 3” base concrete & cement rendering with non-slip ceramic homogeneous floor tiles. 5. Prepare and apply external and internal painting with a primer coat for the bathroom. 6. Suspended ceiling with 2×2 PVC ceiling board and Aluminium grid system. 7. Fixing 10mm tempered glass shower cubical (4 ftx4 ftx7 ft) with 2ft x7ft door including fitting accessories. 8. Fixing of corner wall hung ceramic vitreous washbasin with chromium-plated taps and accessories. 9. Fixing other bathroom fittings such as bib tap, soap tray, wall rectangular mirror, towel rail and jet shower etc. 10.Fixing of 50-litre electric water geyser with mixer tap for hot water system. (Only for shower) 11.Provision of 02 nos of 24W lamps and 02 nos 13A socket points Transitional area: 1. Aluminium PARTITION on both sides as per drawing with composite cladding board and glass panels as per the details drawing. 2. Aluminium SLIDING DOOR (02 nos) on both sides as per drawing with composite cladding board and glass panels as per the details drawing. 3. Fixing Ceramic vitreous floor-standing washbasin with chromium-plated tap and accessories (soap tray & wall mirror). 4. Provision of 01 no of 24W lamp. 5. Provision of 02 nos of wall fans. Doctors- room: 1. Aluminium PARTITION at both sides as per drawing with composite cladding board and glass panels as per the details drawing. 2. Aluminium SLIDING DOOR (01 no) as typical per drawing with composite cladding board and glass panels as per the details drawing. 3. Repairing of the existing window to seal the A/C including rubber beading/wool. 4. Supply and fixing A/C, 12000 BTU dual cool, inverter-LG brand. 5. Provision of 01 no of 13A socket outlet for the A/C. Washroom-Doctor & Common: 1. Remove the existing door without a door frame. 2. Aluminium SWING DOORS (02 no) as per typical drawing with composite cladding board and glass panels as per the details drawing. Body storage room: 1. Repairing/completing the 5/8″ thick semi-rough wall plastering externally. 2. Prepare (clean the existing paint) and apply one coat of primer & two coats of weather shield paint on the wall externally. 3. Repair and make operational of the existing roller shutter. 4. Remove, repairing and re-fix the existing sliding door. 5. Fixing of Aluminium diamond-shaped mesh with 1″ wide flat Aluminium bar framework for the existing windows opening (04 nos). Dissection Room: 1. Supply and fixing ONE WAY-A/C duct system with 02 nos of exhaust fans. THIS WILL BE REALIZED LATER AND WILL NOT BE QUOTED IN THE BOQ. 2. Provision of 01 no of 13A socket outlet for the A/C. Solid waste management and miscellaneous work: 1. Supply of 45-litre plastic pedestal type wheeled waste bins with lid 2. Supply of 10-litre plastic pedestal type waste bins with lid. 3. Supply fabricate and fixing the galvanized iron collapsible gate (10Wx7H) for the common entrance of the mortuary. 4. Supply fabricate and fixing the galvanized iron collapsible gate (7Wx7H) for the entrance of the body storage room.
