• Tenders are invited for Construction of Proposed Pantry Cupboards at 4th Floor - E.H Cooray Building. 2A/- DEMOLISION 2A/01 Carefully removing of existing Pantry Cupboard including existing concrete pantry top. Rate to include for handing over removed item to the LECO and staking on site and clearing debris way from the site all as per the Engineer-s instruction. 1 Nos Total Carried to Summary Rs 2B/- PANTRY CUPBOARDS 2B/01 Supply & laying of granite for Alluminium pantry tops as per Engineer's instruction & specifications. Approvel of manufacture, texture and colour will be decided by the Engineer 1.56 m 2 2B/02 Supplying and fixing 3100mm (length) x 600mm (high) wall cladding at pantry cupboard area by using of 37x25mm Aluminum frame work fix to the wall and 3mm tk. composite panel, seal with silicone to prevent water leakage all as per the Engineer-s instruction. 1 Item 2B/03 Supply and fix teka or grohe 900x500mm S/S Single bowl and drain Stainless steel kitchen sink with teka or grohe chromium plated swan-neck tap, bottle trap, waste and inlet and outlet connections. (Prime Cost of, SS kitchen sink with single bowl teka = Rs.18,302.00 and swan-neck tap teka = Rs. 6,500.00) 1 Nos 2B/04 Supplying and fixing 2600mm (length) x 600mm (width) x 875mm (high) pantry cupboards bottom unit by using of 37x25mm powder coated Aluminum frame work, 3mm tk. composite panel, door sash consist with 37mmx25mm powder coated Aluminum frame and 3mm tk. composite panel doorsash and stainless steel locks with key, 25x75mm stainless steel hingers, stainless steel pull handle, 6mm glazed shelve. as per the Engineer-s instruction and detail drawing. 1 Item 2B/05 Supplying and fixing 2600mm (length) x 300mm (width) x 600mm (high) pantry cupboards top unit by using of 37x25mm powder coated Aluminum frame work, 3mm tk. composite panel, door sash consist with 37mmx25mm powder coated Aluminum frame and 3mm tk. composite panel doorsash and stainless steel locks with key, 25x75mm stainless steel hingers, stainless steel pull handle, 6mm glazed shelve. as per the Engineer-s instruction and detail drawing. 1 Item Total Carried to Summary Rs 2C/- PLUMBING Rates for Piping where above ground , shall include for pipe support saddles clips, screws nails hardware fixing and jointing materials cutting holes and chases in brick work concrete etc, and for under ground pipes shall include excavation, back filling, planking, concrete bedding etc. Note Rates for piping under 63mm dia shall include for all special fittings such as bends, tees, elbows, reducing etc, Note WATER SERVICE 2C/01 20mm Type 1000 PVC piping to the sink. 4 m 2C/02 25mm dia PVC piping - do- 2 m WASTE PIPING 2C/03 63mm dia T 600 PVC piping 10 m 2C/04 63mm dia PVC cleaning eye bends 4 Nos 2C/05 63mm dia PVC bends 4 Nos Total Carried to Summary.
