• Description:
• Expression of Interest are invited for Creative Agency to Design Report on Business Case for Creating Respectful Workplaces in Sri Lanka. The International Finance Corporation (IFC) in partnership with the Australian Government through the Women in Work Sri Lanka partnership, has conducted research to better understand the business case for creating respectful workplaces in Sri Lanka, and to develop tools and resources to help companies reduce the impact of sexual harassment and bullying on their employees and business. Objective of the Consultancy To design new report: Business Case for Creating Respectful Workplaces in Sri Lanka, pullout segments, companion communication package and short animation video. Agency is expected to propose and assign the size, composition and specific skillset of the technical team needed to complete the assignment based on experience and requirements listen herein. Agency is expected to disclose at the start of engagement any sub-contracted agency/freelancer hired to complete assignment. The work will be based in Sri Lanka. Overall guidance by the IFC Women in Work team. The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications. Qualification Criteria:" · 1. Provide information showing that they are qualified in the field of the assignment. * · 2. Provide information on the technical and managerial capabilities of the firm. · 3. Provide information on their core business and years in business. · 4. Provide information on the qualifications of key staff.
