• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Creative Marketing Agency for Business Promotions of Real Estate Development and Housing Projects Undertaken by the Uda UDA wishes to call bids from experienced Creative Marketing Agencies to implement Real Estate marketing promotion campaign for a period of one year. The successful bidder is required to enter into an agreement to provide the marketing services in line with the guidelines mentioned in the bid document. Interested parties may purchase the Bid Document from Procurement Unit, 7th Floor, Urban Development Authority, “Sethsiripaya" Stage I, Battaramulla from 9.00 a.m. to 2.30 p.m. on working days from 16th June 2021 to 09th July 2021, after payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 10,000/- inclusive of taxes. Receiving of bids will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 16th July 2021 Pre bid meeting will be held at 2.00 p.m. on 02nd July 2021
