• Description:
• Expression of Interest for Demand Side Management Projects in Finance Sector The Sri Lanka Energy Program is a USAID program implemented by Chemonics International in Sri Lanka. The goal of the Sri Lanka Energy Program is to help Sri Lanka's electricity sector transition to a more secure, reliable, sustainable, and market-based system. The program supports restoring cost-reflectivity in the country's electricity tariffs, increasing investment in clean energy resources, improving demand-side management programs to increase energy efficiency, and supporting the deployment of advanced energy technologies. As part of project activities, the Sri Lanka Energy Program intends to support the private sector organizations to implement Demand Side Management (DSM) programs to increase the energy efficiency in their facilities. Interested parties are invited to submit their response which would serve as notice to Chemonics International of the Party's general interest in Collaborating with Sri Lanka Energy Program to identify projects with Potential for Energy Efficiency in the Finance sector. Eligibility requirements for Supermarkets Eligibility requirements for Head-office Buildings 1. Head office Building to have minimum 2,500 m2 of air-conditioning space. Eligibility requirements for branch offices 1. Minimum 10 branches within Sri Lanka with a minimum floor area of 200 m2/branch. 2.
