• Tenders are invited for Demolishing & Construction of Veterinary Surgeon's Office-Point Pedro at Jaffna District Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from the Finance Branch, Animal Production and Health, Northern Province, 135, Kachcheri Nallur Road, Jaffna, 021- 2212652 Fax No. : 0212212652 and inspect the Bidding Documents at the same address on any working day from 9.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Finance Branch, Department of Animal Production and Health, Northern Province, 135, Kachcheri Nallur Road, Jaffna, from 13.10.2021 till 03.11.2021 on working days from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs, upon cash payment of a non -refundable fee of Rupees Three Thousand and Five Hundred only (Rs. 3,500/ = ). Bids (Original, Duplicate) shall be delivered or sent by registered post to the Chairman, Departmental Procurement Committee, Department of Animal Production and Health, Northern Province, No: 135, Kachcheri Nallur Road, Jaffna at or before 10.00 hrs on 05.11.2021. Bid number must be written on the left - hand upper corner of the envelope. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after the closing in the presence of the Bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid as indicated in the form of bid. (Section-4). All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security in the form of Bid Security included in Section-9. The amount and validity of the bid security shall be as per details given in Section-5. Pre-bid meeting will be held at Department of Animal Production and Health, Northern Province,No: 135, Kachcheri Nallur Road, Jaffna commencing at 10.00 hrs on 22.10.2021.
