• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Design, Build, Finance, Operate, Maintain and Transfer of Section from Rambukkana (Ch.12+890km) to Galagedara (Ch.32+450km) of Central Expressway Project-3. Experience in Design & Build contract of a 4 lane access controlled highway/ expressway/ roadway with at least one (1) toll plaza that has been completed and opened to operations for at least 24 months during the last 10(ten) years with Total Project Cost of at least USD 210,000,000.00. Having Net Worth of at least USD $100,000,000.00 at the end of each of the most recent 3 full financial years. A Bid- Security for an amount of USD 5 Million. Pay a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) 250,000 (with VAT) by cash or bank draft drawn in favour of the “Project Director - Central Expressway Project - 3” on Current Account No. 7040407 of Bank of Ceylon - Battaramulla Branch.
