• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Design, Construction & Partial Financing of Balance Work of 115 Housing Units at Torrington Mawatha, Colombo 07. Construction of 115 Housing units Torrington Mawatha, Colombo 07, accommodated in 12 (G +11) storied buildings consisting of 400 sqft Carpet Area housing units. Each housing unit includes two bed rooms, living area, kitchen, dining area and toilet as per the Architectural drawings provided by the Employer. 3. Bidding will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedure. Average annual value of Turnover in the last 5 years shall be at least LKR 600 Million. (Bidders including each partner of a joint venture, should provide fi nancial information) At least construction of one building similar nature (Design & Build Housing Project) with minimum of 12 (G + 11) fl oors shall be completed within last fi ve years. 50% of Initial Contract Price shall be fi nanced by the Bidder this less 2.5% retention will be paid by the UDA within six months (06) of issuing the Taking over certifi cate of completion of the project. 4 Contract Period - 730 Days A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Director (Housing), Urban Development Authority (UDA), 6th Floor, “Sethsiripaya Stage I”, Battaramulla from 03/02/2022 to 02 /03/2022 during offi ce hours from 9.00 a.m to 3.00 p.m upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR. 100,000.00 (Hundred Thousand) + VAT in cash in favor of Chairman, Urban Development Authority. 7 Bids shall be delivered with duplicate to the following address on or before 2.00 p.m on 03/03/2022 late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidder-s representative who chooses to attend.
