• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Design, Supply and Installation, Configuration, Testing and Maintenance of Door Access Control System (Dacs) for Block 03 of Defence Headquarters Complex at Akuregoda. A complete set of Bidding Documents (except Section I and III of Volume 1A) in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Ministry of Defence, Defence Headquarters Complex, Akuregoda Road, Battaramulla, Sri Lanka 19th June 2023 until 23rd July 2023 from 09.00 hrs. to 15.00 hrs. during working days upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 40,000.00 (Sri Lankan Rupees Forty Thousand). The method of payment will be Cash or Bank Draft drawn in favor of Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Pelawatta, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid Security" of Sri Lankan Rupees LKR 1,680,000.00 obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Rank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 20tn November 2023 (119 Days from the date of opening the Bids, including bid open date). Beneficiary of the Bid Security shall be Secretary, Ministry of Defence.
