• Tenders are invited for Design. Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of Modular Spiral Upgrading Complete Plant Comprising Modular Feed Preparation Complete Unit. Modular Spiral Circuit Complete Unit, Modular Muddy Water Treatment Complete Unit and a Modular Dewatering Hydro-Cyclone Tower Complete Unit to the Plant at Kokilai. Bid Security: 3750000/- Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from Supplies Manager, Lanka Mineral Sands Limited, 341/21, Sarana Mawatha, Rajagiriya and inspect the bidding documents at the same address from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on any working day from 06/08/2021 up to 27/08/2021, Contact Nos: +94-112882025/2883951/2883952. A complete set of bidding document in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Supplies Manager-s office from 06/08/2021 until 27/08/2021 from 9.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs 40,000.00. The method of payment will be in cash at the Finance Section of Lanka Mineral Sands Limited. Perfected Bids shall be delivered or sent in duplicate “Original- and “Duplicate” enclosed in envelopes separately and both enclosed in a single envelope as follows, by registered post or deposited to the tender box made available at the LMSL-s Supplies Section, addressed to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Lanka Mineral Sands Limited, 341/21, Sarana Mawatha, Rajagiriya to reach on or before as mention above. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened as described above in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid security. Pre-Bid meeting will be held at LMSL Plant (Pulmoddai) on 21.08.2021 at 10.30 a.m.
