• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Design, Supply, Installation, Training, Testing & Commissioning of Multimedia and Conferences Systems. A complete set of Bidding Documents (except Section I and II of Volume 1 A) in English language maybe purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application to The Chairman, Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Ministry of Defence, Defence Headquarters Complex, Akuregoda Road, Battaramulla, Sri Lanka from 22"d July 2024 until 21st August 2024 between 09.00 hrs. and 15.00 hrs. during a working day upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LKR 35,000.00 (Sri Lankan Rupees Thirty-Five Thousand). The method of payment will be bj' Cash or Bank draft drawn in favor of Project Procurement Committee (PPC), Defence Headquarters Complex Project, Akuregoda Road, Battaramulla. All bids shall be accompanied by a "Bid-Security", of LKR 1,110,000.00 (Sri Lankan Rupees One Million One Hundred Ten Thousand)obtained from a bank operating in Sri Lanka approved by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka, in the form of an unconditional and on demand bond and shall be valid up to 18th December 2024 (119 days from the date of opening the Bids, including Bid open date). Beneficiary of the Bid Security shall be Secretary, Ministry of Defence.
