• Description:
• Request for proposals are invited for Designing, Developing, Commissioning, Daily Updating and Maintain Servicing the Official Web Site, Facebook Page & Youtube Channel of Urban Settlement Development Authority. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language can be purchased by interested Bidders and the RFP document on submission of written application to the Chairman, Department Procurement Committee, Urban Settlement Development Authority, 9th floor, Sethsiripaya, Battaramulla from 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. on working days from 12th June 2023 to 23rd June 2023, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Sri Lankan Rupees Three Thousand Five Hundred (LKR 3,500.00) inclusive of taxes. A Bid Security amounting to Sri Lankan Rupees Ten Thousand (LKR 10,000.00) in the form of bank guarantee unconditionally encashablc on first written demand issued in favor of Chairman, Urban Settlement Development Authority by a Bank operating in Sri Lanka registered under the Central Bank should be submitted along with the RFP document. The bid security should be valid up to 77 days from the date on 12.07.2023 which the tenders are to be closed.
