• Tenders are invited for Desilting Works of Oxidation Ditches Located within the Premises of Common Waste Water Treatment Plant (Cwwtp) at Biyagama Export Processing Zone (Bepz) Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Office of Senior Deputy Director (Engineering Services), Engineering Services Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana on Tele: 0112-465214, 0112-465222 and 0112-465206-9 or Fax: 0112-465222 and inspect the Bidding Documents from the same address between 09.00 hrs and 16.00 hrs during normal working days. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested Bidders on the submission of a written application to the Senior Deputy Director (Engineering Services) of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone from 12 August 2021 until 01 September 2021 between 09.00 hrs and 15.00 hrs. upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs. 1.500.00 + VAT in cash to the Shroff at the Finance Department of Board of Investment of Sri Lanka at Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana. Sealed Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to reach the Chairman, Procurement Committee, C/o Senior Deputy Director (Engineering Services), Engineering Service Department, Board of Investment of Sri Lanka, Biyagama Export Processing Zone, Walgama, Malwana at or before 15.00 hrs. on 02 September 2021. Please mark clearly on the envelope containing the bid "Desilting works of Oxidation Ditches Located within the Premises of Common Waste Water Treatment Plant (CWWTP) at Biyagama Export Processing Zone (BEPZ) and Contract No. BOI/BEPZ/ES/2021/04/03.028" Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders' representatives who choose to attend. All bids shall be valid up to 01 December 2021. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rupees Sixty Five Thousand (Rs.65,000/-). Bid Security shall be valid up to 29th December 2021.
