• Description:
• Request for proposals are invited for Development of 100mw, Ac Solar Pv Power Plant (Ground Mounted) on Build, Own & Operate (Boo) Basis in Siyambalanduwa and Construction of 132kv Transmission Facility on Turnkey Basis from Siyamabalanduwa to Monaragala Grid Substation. The RFP document comprising seven volumes in CD form, can be purchased by interested project proponents from the office of Deputy General Manager (Renewable Energy Procurement & Performance Monitoring) at the address indicated in Item 5 below between 9:00 hrs and 14:00 hrs on working days until October 14, 2022, seven (07) days before the proposal closing date and pay a non-refundable fee of LKR 100,000.00 by cash or in the form of a bank draft written in favour of the General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board. If the RFP document is required to be obtained by courier, then the interested project proponents should send their request by a written application to the address given below in Item 5, including a bank draft written in favour of General Manager, Ceylon Electricity Board for LKR. 100,000.00 (only for domestic delivery). The RFP document will be sent through courier. No liability will be accepted by СЕВ for any loss or late delivery. For any interested project proponents from overseas, who require to obtain the RFP document by courier, should send his request to DGM (REP&PM) to the e-mail dgmredpm@ceb.lk including bank transfer details of non-refundable fee of USD 300.00 to the CEB's foreign account given below. Upon confirmation of correct receipt of money to СЕВ account, the RFP document will be sent through courier. No liability will be accepted by СЕВ for any loss or late delivery.
