• Tenders are invited for Development and Landscaping of Kumbichchankulam Tank Area &Pola Road and Construction of Ruwanwclisaya Vehicle Park Non-Document Refundable Bid fee per set of Bidding : LKR.35,000.00 The scope of the Work consists of • Development & landscaping of Kumbichchankulam Tank area and Pola road — Road development, road side paving and seating with tree planting along the Pola road and Landscaping Work including hollow block paved walkways, parking areas, mini public gathering area, drinking water points, seating, tree planting and outdoor lighting system proposed done under Kubichchankulam tank area development. • Construction of Ruwanwelisaya Vehicle Park - Landscaping Work including gravel roads and hollow block paved parking areas, construction of Ticket counter, Police post, Flower shop, 02Nr sweet shops and Development of pedestrian entry to Ruwanwelisaya. with Electrical Works, Plumbing Works and necessary services. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the Project Director, Strategic Cities Development Programme, Ministry' of Urban Development and Housing, 4,h Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage 1, Battaramulla from 10th May 2022 until 30th May 2022 from.0900 hrs to 1500 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of LK.R.3 5,000.00. A site visit will be conducted at lO.OOhrs by the Employer before the Pre-Bid meeting It is mandatory for bidders to register under Public Contracts Act No.03, 1987 of Sri Lanka. Bids shall be valid up to 26th October 2022 accompanied by a Bid Security of LKR 4.800,OOO.OOas per the given format. The Bid Security shall be valid up to 23rd November 2022. . Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below on or before 01s1 June 2022at 1400 hrs. Late bids will be rejected. .
