Tenders are invited for Development of the Araliya Lands Stadium in 482/B Division, Henawatta, Panagoda Bidders could obtain a set of bid documents from 10.09.2021 up to 23.09.2021 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Development Division of the Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha after payment of a non-re fundable fee of Rs. 3000.00 and submitting a letter of request to the Secretary of the Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha. Further details regarding this could be obtained from the Works Superintendent on Telephone No. 011-5633991. Duly completed bids prepared in 2 copies (as original copy and duplicate copy) should be sent by registered post addressed to Chairman, Pradeshiya Sabha, Homagama to receive at or before 10.00 a.m. on 24.09.2021 or should be hand-delivered to the Tender Box kept in the Secretary-s Official Room of the Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha. The words, ‘Development of the Araliya Lands Stadium in 4S2/B Division, Henawatta- should be marked on the top left-hand corner of the envelope when bids are sent by registered post. Bids will be opened immediately after the closing time of accepting bids in the presence of the bidders- representatives at the Conference Room on the First Floor. A payable on-demand Bid Security valid up to 13.01.2022 to the value of Rs. 50,000/- obtained from a state bank or a Government registered bank or a Government Insurance institute in favour of the Chairman, Homagama Pradeshiya Sabha, should be submitted along with the bid.
