• Tenders are invited for Development of the Horagolla Gilma Playground in the Gampaha Divisional Secretary-S Division a216182107500) A complete set of bid documents could be obtained from 13.09.2021 up to 04.10.2021 between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from the Development Division after paying in cash a non-refundable fee of Rs. 2500.00 (Rupees Two Thousand Five Hundred) and submitting a letter of request. A Bid Security obtained from a reputed bank registered with the Central of Sri Lanka or from an Insurance Institution, valid up to 17.01.2022, and should be unconditonal and payable on demand, drawn in favour of the Chairman, Gamapaha Pradeshiya Sabha to the value of Rs. 50,000.00 (Rupees Fifty Thousand) should be submitted along with the sealed bids. The receipt obtained for the deposit of Rs. 25,000.00 if paying in cash should be made to the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha and the receipt obtained should be submitted. Bids should be prepared in two copies as Original coy and Duplicate copy and sent by registered post addressed to “Chairman, Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha, Miriswatta, Mudungoda” to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 05.10.2021 or should be inserted in the Tender Box kept in the Secretary-s Official room at the Head Office of the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha. The Procurement No. name of the project, original copy, duplicate copy should be appropriately and clearly marked on the top-left hand corner of the envelope. Bids received late will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after closing of accepting bids in the presence of the bidders/ representatives at the Gampaha Pradeshiya Sabha Auditorium.
