• Tenders are invited for Diathermy Machine. Value of Bid Security (Rs.) 50,000.00 To obtain the relevant bid documents, the receipt received from the Shroff of the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized Children's Hospital for the payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 5000.00 certified copy of the Business Registration Certificate and a request letter should be submitted. The bid documents can be obtained from the Accounts Section of the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized Children's Hospital on normal working days from 14.08.2024 up to 05.09.2024 between 9.30 a.m. and 2.00 p.m. Every bid should be accompanied with a bid security for the value stated in the table above, drawn in favour of the Director of the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized Children's Hospital, valid up to 31.12.2024 If the bid value exceeds Rupees Five Million (Rs. 5,000,000.00) the original of the PCA 03 certificate should also be submitted with bids. This bidding will be conducted through the National Competitive Bidding procedure (NCB). The bidders should accept the fact that the decision relevant to this bidding of the Regional Procurement Board of the Sirimavo Bandaranaike Specialized Children's Hospital shall be the final.
