• Tenders are invited for Dismantling & Installation of Guardrails and Related Accessories at Accident Locations of Colombo Katunayake Expressway (Cke) Outer Circular Highway (Och& Central Expressway Project (Cep-02) Bid Security: 140000/- Interested bidders may obtain further information during office hours from Director (EOM & M), Road Development Authority, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama if required. (TP: 011-3047806, Fax: 038 2289560) The Pre-Bid meeting will be held at 11.30 hrs on 19.11.2021 at the office of the Additional / Director EOM&M, Road Development Authority, Seeduwa and a site visit will be arranged immediately thereafter if necessary. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language shall be purchased by interested bidders on submission of a written application with the registration certificate issued by Registrar of Public Contracts under the Act No, 3 of 1987, Department of Registrar of Companies for the contract to the Director, Expressway Operation, Maintenance & Management Division from 05.11.2021 until 26.11.2021 during 09.00 hrs to 14.30 hrs upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Rs, 7,000.00 + 560. 00 (VAT). The method of payment will be in cash. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid- Security obtained from a reputed bank acceptable to the Employer for an amount given in the Bidding Data. Bid Security shall be valid until 28.03.2022. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the Chairman, EOM&M Division Procurement Committee, C/o Director, EOM&M Division, Kahatagahahena, Walgama, Bandaragama at or before 14.00 hrs on 29.11.2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. Bids shall be valid up to 28.02.2022
