Tenders are invited for Disposal of Dis-Mantle Materials of Existing Steel Structure and Roof at the Gaffoor Building Project at Colombo 01 Nos. Item Base Value (Rs.) 01. Calicut tiles 456,000/- 02 Timber Items 200,000/- 03 Cast Iron & other materials 232,500/- Tender documents could be collected from Head of Procurement, Procurement Unit, Urban Development Authority, 7lh Floor, Sethsiripaya- Battaramulla on payment of Non-refundable tender fee of Rs.2,000/- plus Taxes in cash between 9.30 a.m.to 2.30 p.m. during the working days from 05th November 2021 to 19lh November 2021. A bid bond amounting to Rs. 10,000/- in cash or in the form of Bank Guarantee cashable on demand issued in favour of the Chairman, Urban Development Authority from a Bank approved by Central Bank in Sri Lanka should be submitted along with the Tender. The bid bond should be valid for 49 calendar days from the date on which the tenders are to be closed. Tender will be closed at 2.00 p.m. on 22nd November 2021 and will be opened immediately after the closing time at the Finance Division, Urban Development Authority, 6,h Floor, Sethsiripaya, Battaramulla.
