Tender documents could be collected from Urban Investment & Development Company (Pvt) Ltd, Ground j Floor, Sethsiripaya Stage II, Battaramulla on payment of Non-refundable tender fee of Rs. 1,000/- plus Taxes in cash between 9.30 a.m.to 2.30 p.m. during the working days from 06th of August 2024 to 26,h of August 2024. A bid bond amounting to Rs.7,000/- in cash or in the form of Bank Guarantee En-cashable on demand issued in favor of the Director, Urban Investment & Development Company (Pvt) Ltd by a Bank/I nsu.diice Company approved by Central Bank in Sri Lanka should be submitted along with the Tender. The bid bond should be valid for 105 calendar days from the date on which the tenders are to be closed.
