• Tenders are invited for Electrical Works including Stage Lighting System Auditorium for Katana Pradeshiya Sabha Interested bidders may obtain further information from the Superintendent of Works, Katana Pradeshiya Sabha, Tel No. 031-2222575, Fax No. 031-2231631, E-mail: katanasabha@gmail.com and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below from 19th August 2021 until 10"' September 2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs on a working day. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English language may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below from 19th August 2021 until 10th September 2021 from 09.00 hrs to 15.00 hrs upon payment of a non refundable fee of Rs. 2,500.00. Bids shall be delivered in duplicate to the address below or deposited in the Tender Box provided in the above address at or before 14.00 hrs. on 13,h September 2021. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened soon after closing in the presence of the bidders- representatives who choose to attend. All bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security of Rs. 60,000.00. Bid Security shall be valid up to 09th January 2022. Bids shall be valid up to 12th December 2021.
