• Expression of Interest are invited for Eligible Private Sector Organization to Form a Joint Venture (Jv) to Undertake a Housing Development for Middle Income Families in Ragama Land Plot with an Extent of 2 Acres, Approximately at Ragama Town. The Property is Situated by a Waterway Half Kilometer from Ragama Teaching Hospital and in Close Proximity to the Ragama Railway Station, Main Bus Stand and Prominent Super Markets with Two Alternative Routes of 19.8 Km and 21.6 Km to Colombo Fort. The Eoi shall be Submitted in a One Sealed Envelope and the Subject of the Eoi & the Procurement No. S/651/21 shall be Written on the Top Left Corner of the Envelope and shall be Deposited to the Relevant Box Available at following Address or can be Sent by Registered Post to Reach on or before 02nd November 2021 at 13:30 Hrs.
