• Tenders are invited for Insurance Card ( Data Card) ( 3/ 5/1/22/102) Insurance Card (Data Card) 55mmx85mmx0.76mm Qty: 1000000 Bid Security; Rs 300000 Bids are invited under the National Competitive Bidding procedure for printing and supply of 1,000,000 cards as per the specimen in 55mmx85mmx0.76mm thickness as Insurance PVC Cards (100% PVC) suitable for printing and issuance to the general public for the insurance scheme to be implemented by the Agricultural and Agrarian Insurance Board. When submitting the bids either a Commercial Bank Guarantee valid for 45 days to the value mentioned in the table below or the receipt obtained from the Agricultural and Agrarian Insurance Board upon payment in cash should be submitted with the bid. Application form and the procurement conditions should be obtained after paying a sum of Rs. 5,000.00 to apply for this. Bid applications should be obtained after making the payment to the Finance Division situated in First Floor at the address given below during office hours on working days from 14.07.2023 up to 1.00 p.m. on 08.08.2023. Receipt should be submitted with the bid. Bid applications should be deposited in the Bid Box kept in the ground floor at the address given below to receive at or before 2.00 p.m. on 08.08.2023. Bids should be valid for 60 days from the opening date of bids. Applications sent by registered post should be sent so as to receive before the closing date and time. Late bid applications will be rejected. Bids should be submitted along with a photocopy in a sealed envelope. Bids will be opened at 2.30 p.m. on 08.08.2023 and the bidder or his authorized representative may be present at the time of opening of bids.
