Value of Bid Security: Bv Cash Rs. 25,000.00 and By Bank Rs. 50,000.00 Relevant bid forms can be obtained from the Procurement Section of this office from 14.08.2024 up to 27.08.2024 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on payment of a form fee of Rs. 1,000.00 +18% VAT + 2.5% SSCL. Each insurance company could only submit one bid.
