• Tenders are invited for Insurance Cover for Motorcycles, Light Vehicles, Heavy Vehicles and Machinery Equipment, Safes and Cash in Transit of the Authority - 2023/2024 Tender Fee: 1000/- Non Refundable Bid Security: If in Cash (Rs.):10000 If Bank Guarantee (Rs.): 20000 Issuance of Bid Forms Relevant bid forms can be obtained from the Procurement Section of this office from 09.08.2023 up to 22.08.2023 on weekly working days between 9.00 a.m. and 2.30 p.m. on payment of a form fee of Rs. 1,000.00 + 15% VAT + 2.5% SSCL. Each insurance company could only submit one bid. Acceptance of Bids / Opening of Bids Completed bids could either be placed in the Tender Box kept on the Second Floor of the Place at the address below or sent by registered post to be received at or before 11.00 a.m. on 23.08.2023. (The cover containing the bid should be marked, “Insuring of Machinery and Vehicles” at the left-side top corner.
