• Description:
• Tenders are invited for Insurance of Vehicle Fleet and Equipment Fleet of Sri Lanka Ports Authority for Year 2023/2024. A complete set of bidding documents in English langtiage may be purchased on submission of a written request by the Principal Insurance Institution or through their authorized agent / broker nominated by the Principal Insurance Institution, addressed to the Chief Engineer (Mechanical Plant) in the address above and upon payment of a non-refundable document fee of LKR. 8,000.00 from 20th July 2023 during 09.00 hrs to 14.00 hrs on working days up to 10"1 August 2023. The method of the payment will be by cash. Only One Bid should be submitted by the name of each prospective eligible Principal Instxrance Institution or through their agent / broker authorized by the Principal Insurance Institution. Multiple Bids or alternative Bids from any Principal Insurance Institution or through their agent /broker shall not be accepted and liable to be rejected all bids submitted by such Principal Insurance Institution through any means. Prospective bidders may participate for the Pre-bid Meeting scheduled to be held on 27™1 July 2023 at the Technical Library of Sri Lanka Ports Authority, No. 45, Leyden Bastian Road, Colombo 01.
