• Material Requirement for Construction Works of Boundary Wall To be Eligible for the Contract Award, the Successful Tenderers shall not have been Blacklisted and shall Possess a Valid Business Registration in Sri Lanka for at Least 05 Years. Documentary Evidence shall be Established with the Bids. Bidders are Strongly Advised to Present Registration Certificate Issued by the Registrar of Companies as Per the 8th Paragraph of Public Contracts Act No 03 of 1987 for Every Bid Which Exceeds Tenderable Amount of Rs. 5.0 Million, and Copy of Certificate to be Presented when Purchasing the Bidding Document. A Complete Set of Bidding Documents in English Language can be Purchased upon Payment of a Non- Refundable Fee of Rupees Five Thousand (Lkr. 5,000.00) (the Method of Payment shall be by Cash) by The Interested Bidder on Submission of a Written Application to the Address below, from 0900 Hrs to 1600 Hrs From 14th February 2022 to 1000 Hrs on 09th March 2022. All Tenders shall be Accompanied by a Tender Security , to the Value of One Hundred Twenty Thousand One Sri Lanka Rupees(Lkr. 120,001.00) Obtained from Any Commercial Bank Operating in Sri Lanka Approved By the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. This Tender Security shall be in the Form of an Unconditional on Demand Guarantee and shall be Valid from 09**1 March 2022 to 061*1 July 2022 (120 Days including Both Days and Specimen for the Bid Guarantee will be Provided along with Tender Documents). Validity of Bids - Bids shall be Valid for 90 Days from the Date of Bids Opening (from 09*'1 March 2022 To 06^' June 2022) (including Both Days). Duly Completed Bids shall be Delivered to below Address at or before 1000 Hrs on 09th March 2022. Late Bids will be Rejected.
