• Tenders are invited for Printing of Psychosocial Guide in Sinhala and English Language (Book) Sinhala 10,000 English 1,000 Non Refundable Rs 1500/-. Bid Security: Rs 40,000/-. Interested bidders may produce a receipt for the payment of non-refundable payment to the Accountant, Family Health Bureau and submitting his National Identity Card along with the receipt Received, from 29.11.2021 to 10.12.2021 on normal working days from 9.30 am to 3.00 pm can receive the bidding documents. 1. For the supply of goods for the year 2021, the relevant purchase item should be mentioned on the left corner of the envelope and sent by registered post to the Chairman, Procurement Committee, Family Health Bureau, No. 231, De Saram Place, Colombo 10, or can be deposited in the Tender Box located in Accountant-s Room at the same address before the opening of tenders. 2. TWo sets of bid documents should be produced in two separate envelops stating the first as the Original and the next as the Duplicate and finally dipped in a common envelope. 3. Once the bidding acceptance is closed the bid opening will be done at the same premises in the presence of the bidder or one of his authorized representatives. 4. The bidding documents will be allowed to be examined by the bidders without any payment at the same premises from 09.00 am to 3.00 pm during working days.
